MIA Volley runs on the club's computer and opens in a browser: on the PC where it is installed at https://localhost, and from the other devices on the same network at that computer's IP address.
What you see
The sign-in page: Username, Password, the Sign in button. Nothing else — there is no self-registration, an administrator creates the accounts.
What you can do
- Sign in with the credentials your administrator gave you.
- Change your password from the menu under your name, top right.
- Sign out with «Sign out», at the bottom of the side menu.
Good to know
- After a few wrong attempts the account locks itself for a few minutes: «Account temporarily locked» appears. Your password has not changed — either wait, or ask the administrator to reset it.
- «Invalid credentials» can be misleading. If it appears even with the right credentials, the computer often is not talking to the application: check the address, and that the server PC is switched on.
- The language belongs to the user, not to the computer: the administrator sets it on the user's record. Italian, English, French, German and Polish.
- The session expires. When it does, «Session expired» appears: you sign in again and carry on where you left off.
